The Door Unit makes it very easy to close of parts of your formicarium.
This makes it easy to expand or clean some parts of your set-up like an Outworld or a Drink unit.
•INCLUDED IN THIS SET:
-a Door unit expansion (3D printed) measuring 5x2,5cm (1.97x0,98 Inch)
-a separate white removable inner part with a door made of PLA (3D printed)
-a 3mm transparent plexiglass cover
-room for adding nest feed so you can raise the door unit.

•BENEFITS
• The white removable inner part is perfect if the exterior is a different color than white,
so that you can always see the ants clearly.
• The plexiglass is secured with Allen screws mounted in copper threads,
so that making disassembly easy for a task, like cleaning the nest.
• The port with an opening can accommodate a small tube (OD 10mm) or a large tube (ID 12mm) (not included) so that you always find the perfect tube for your setting.

The Door Unit is available in multiple colors, so there is always a colour you prefer.

This Mini Nest is part of our modular system, ensuring that you never buy something you won't use once your ant colony grows. The modular system is easily expandable with other components. All modules are 5 cm or a multiple of this size (for example, 5x5).
Never place your ant farm in or near direct light.
The item might contain delicate materials like glass, acrylic, ceramic, etc. Be cautious while unpacking.
The item could have sharp or pointed edges and may be fragile; handle with care.
Not intended for children to play with or use without adult supervision.
